You will be exploring caves that are not usually known by the general public, but worth visiting for their natural subterranean interest. You will have the chance to watch different kinds of cavities, from lava tubes to grottos with a great morphologic variety. This activity can be done in half day or a whole day and you will be able to visit several caves in both cases.

Grottos Watching
You will go down inside some of the most fantastic grottos in Pico (former volcanic chimneys of the island), which are not usually known by the general public. This activity can be done in half-day or a whole day and you will be able to visit several grottos in both cases.

Rappelling in Cagarro's Rock
During a vertical rock descent by a former waterfall, you can watch from high above the whole Baía de Canas with its black sanded beach, bathed by the quiet waters of Pico / São Jorge channel.
